Inflammation of the anus
Inflammation of the skin is often caused by excessive irritation in the area. In certain sports, for example, there may be an increased strain on the perineum and anus area.
In addition, there may be allergic reactions to chemicals that are used in the area. Detergents, shampoos or toilet paper used are particularly often suspected of causing such an allergic reaction.
If the skin is irritated at the point, the symptoms may worsen with continued stress. Even if there is at the beginning of the irritation usually only a small defect in the skin wetting and bleeding wounds can occur after some time and can cause problems needing further treatment or even an operation.
